Our Privacy Officer oversees our privacy practices and the handling of personal information. What we collect

Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. By submitting the form, you consent to us using this information to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without your separate consent.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how fast they load. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not collect personal information that identifies you.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How it is processed

  • The website is hosted by Netlify.
  • Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service.
  • Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

These providers act on our behalf and only to provide their services. They may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How we protect it

We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including secure transmission, access limited to the people who need it, and service providers that maintain their own security controls.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any period we are required by law to keep records. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. We will delete personal information on request, except where we are required by law to keep it.

If you have a concern about how we handle personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer first so we can address it. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Client work

This policy covers our website. Personal information handled in the course of client engagements is governed by our client agreements and data protection terms.
